1. Maid of Honour
She’s helped you shop for gowns, kept your bridesmaids in check, volunteered to make wedding favours, planned your bachelorette, and – best of all – she’s been a great friend (or family member!) throughout the process. The gift should reflect the starring role she’s played in your life and on your big day!
2. Best Man
From planning the bachelor party to organising payments on the day, to the much-awaited toast, the best man will be doing a lot of work behind the scenes on your wedding day to ensure everything goes off without a glitch. So, don’t forget to thank him with a gift that shows how much he means to the both of you.
3. Bridesmaids and Groomsmen
Your wedding party are your best friends and closest family members, so find something they’ll love, without making it another thing to stress about. Some couples choose to give the same gift to all their wedding party members as a token of their gratitude, while others have customised the gifts to make it that little bit more personal. Either way, it’s still a thank you.
4. Flower girl and Page boy
It might be their first wedding (or not) – and so, it may be a good idea to choose something they can use or play with during the rehearsal dinner or reception, to keep them entertained. You could even make a cute tote bag full of goodies for them to enjoy!
5. Families
Your parents and grandparents have been there and routing for you since day one. It’s essential (and customary) to present both sets of parents and grandparents with a gift that they’ll cherish.
6. Each other
Don’t forget to gift to each other! With all the surprises you’re planning for your family and friends, don’t forget the most important person of all: your soon-to-be hubby or wife! No need to be extravagant, as long as it is something meaningful for the both of you.
