1. SPINNING
Spinning is intense, but pair it with a group of your favourite girls and some pumping tunes, and it’ll quickly turn from a cardio workout to a cardio party! Feel the burn as you challenge each other to pedal faster and harder, and reward yourselves with drinks after – totally guilt free!
2. TRAMPOLINING
If you’re anything like us, the mere thought of a trampoline makes you excitedly nostalgic about those summer nights of your childhood, spent bouncing away with wild abandon. 3. BEACH YOGA

4. HIKING
When the weather gets a little cooler, the time is ripe for some hiking.
