This year’s Malta Military Tattoo will be one to remember for George Attard and his girlfriend, Jalisse Mallia, who got engaged at the President’s Palace in Valletta, much to her surprise.
In a video posted on Facebook by Joe Attard, Jalisse is seen being lead out of the audience and through the Palace gates by a military guard. After a drum roll cue, her now-fiancé marched up to her in true military style, got down on one knee and popped the question.
Many screams and tears later, she said yes!
In celebration, the entire Military Tattoo cheered the newly-engaged couple.
