Eva Longoria Weds José Antonio Bastón

Former Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria and media mogul José Antonio Bastón have tied the knot in a private ceremony in Mexico.

The handsome couple dated for three years and announced their engagement last December. The newlyweds reportedly said their ‘I dos’ in Valle de Bravo, Mexico, at an altar beneath lots of little lights, against a gorgeous and romantic backdrop.

Longoria confirmed the wedding news with a photo of her and her husband’s place cards from the reception on Instagram, captioned: "In our garden, surrounded by a small gathering of people we love, Pepe and I tied the knot! #TalkAboutBlessed #ImStillFloating #OmgMyFeetHurt.”

A slew of celebrities were in attendance, including Longoria’s best friend Victoria Beckham, who designed her wedding dress, and husband David, as well as Mario Lopez, Ricky Martin and Melanie Griffith. The whole affair is believed to have been pretty small scale, with a total of approximately 80 guests.

The bride’s stunning dress featured a fitted silhouette with a sweetheart neckline and shoulder straps. Longoria wore her hair down and wavy, and pinned on one side, while husband Bastón cut an equally handsome figure in a grey, three-piece suit.

Victoria Beckham shared a few words about her bff’s wedding: "Congratulations Eva Longoria. The smartest, most beautiful woman I have ever met. I feel honoured to call you my friend X Such a wonderful day filled with Love X We love Pepe so much!!!”

The following day, Longoria shared a photo of her and her bestie lounging on a balcony in a comfy pair of Ugg boots. She posted the photo together with the following: "Morning after foot attire...me and VB relaxing by the lake #YesIGotHerToWearUggs."
