An Extra Special Valentine’s Day For Clare Agius
Simshar actress and TV presenter Clare Agius tells OurWedding how she’s planning to spend Valentine’s Day with her husband Paul.
They can’t quite remember how they spent their first Valentine’s Day, but Clare can imagine how it went. “We probably went for a nice meal and enjoyed getting to know one another,” she says. “We would definitely have laughed our way through it as Paul has an incredible sense of humour.”
The pair married in Italy on the 26th of March 2011, and welcomed their first child, Luke the following year. Nowadays, when the 14th of February starts drawing closer, Clare says that a thoughtful card and some flowers mean the world to her, while Paul usually finds a way of hinting which little gift he would like that year.
This year’s Valentine’s Day will be be extra special for Clare and Paul however, due to the pitter-patter of tiny feet. “We’ll be looking forward to each other’s company, as we always do,” Clare says. “However, Paul will probably also be giving me a back rub and foot massage, as it will only be a few weeks shy of my due date for our second child!”
