Local designer Herman Vassallo is remembering his mama on the first anniversary of her passing. In honour of her, Herman shared a tribute post on Facebook featuring a video of memories and some sweet words.
“Today one year ago 16 July 2019 cancer took you away. The worst day of my life is when you left me mummy. I'm sure you are resting now,” he starts off the tribute post.
Mummy I want to say thank you for making me who I am and I hope you see this video and makes you smile. I hope you're happy with my life, you've shown me love you've sacrificed. I'm at peace with every choice I made and how I've changed along the way. Cause I know you believed in all of my dreams. And I owe it all to you, mummy I miss you!!!!”
