A 29-year-old British man has gone viral after creating a 'cuddle curtain' in order to embrace his grandmother after months apart due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
After months apart, the man bought all the necessary materials and created this invention himself. Made from see-through shower curtains, the device has in-built sleeves which wearers can fit into from opposite ends.
In order to maximise safety, sleeve gloves were also worn by him and his grandmother prior to fitting into the cuddle curtain. First testing it with his wife, the man proceeded to take the device to his grandparents' home where both himself and his grandmother enjoyed the much-anticipated treat.
The clip, which has garnered almost five million views at the time of writing, has been complemented by viewers from across the world.
