The local singer Pamela is singing her praises and gratitude for her husband, Alex Debono, with whom she’s celebrating their seventh wedding anniversary. To mark the occasion, she shared a very special video indeed – one capturing some of the most magical moments from the couple’s wedding, including the couple’s exchange of vows and when Pamela serenaded her husband, with the accompaniment of a choir.
Alongside the video, Pamela penned an emotional message reflecting on their journey together, looking back on the day they said ‘I do’ seven years ago and expressing gratitude not only for their wedding day, but for every day they continue to choose each other.
She wrote: ‘Seven years ago – the most beautiful day of my life – I said the biggest, and probably the most certain, yes I have ever said. There are so many unforgettable memories from that day, and yesterday, seven years later, we watched our entire wedding video again. Our hearts were filled with so much joy, along with tears that flowed from the most beautiful emotions.’
The couple’s anniversary celebration serves as a beautiful reminder that while wedding days may be fleeting, the love, commitment and shared moments that follow are what truly define a marriage.
