Ten years ago to the day, many royal fans (us included!) were glued to the television screens watching the much-awaited royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
On 29th April 2011, the world watched as Kate Middleton walked down Westminster Abbey's aisle to meet her prince and ride off into happily ever after. Today, the royal couple is celebrating 10 years since they said 'I do.'
To mark the occasion, their official Instagram page, Kensington Royal, shared two stunning portraits of the couple, both taken by photographer Chris Floyd. One of the photos shows the couple in a garden with William looking at Kate, simply captioned with "10 years."
The second portrait that was released shows the couple outside their home at Kensington Palace in each other's arms. "Taken this week ahead of the Duke and Duchess' 10th wedding anniversary," the caption read.
In the 10 years they've been together, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have welcomed three children together: Prince George, seven, Princess Charlotte, who turns six on Sunday, and three-year-old Prince Louis.
