It’s been a full three years since American pop-star Nick Jonas and Indian model Priyanka Chopra tied the knot in what was arguable one of the biggest celebrity weddings ever.
The lavish wedding took place in Priyanka’s home country and lasted an entire weekend.
It started off with a Christian ceremony, honouring Nick’s upbringing. During this stage of the celebration, Priyanka wore her iconic, white Ralph Lauren gown.
After the traditional western wedding, the couple went on to carry out the traditional Hindu wedding ceremony and celebrations over three whole days.
Unfortunately for Nick and Priyanka, the past three years haven’t been the easiest…
The two stars have extremely busy schedules that see them travelling all over the globe. Recently, Priyanka had to move to England for a new show she’s involved in.
Nick couldn’t move away with her due to commitments he had with his band.
Despite these circumstances, Nick and Priyanka are still very much in love and are adamant about making their marriage work.
“We know each other’s hearts and we prioritise each other in everything that we do,” Priyanka said on a recent episode of the InStyle podcast.
“It’s very important to keep a check on the other person’s heart and how they’re feeling and prioritising that,” she continued.
Sometimes Nick would even drop everything to fly out to London and have dinner with her – only to fly back home the next day. Isn’t he the sweetest?
