Miss Argentina, Maria Varela and Miss Puerto Rico, Fabiola Valentin have announced on social media that they’re officially married, after having kept their relationship private.
Their love story began when they met in 2020, during the Miss Grand International competition in Thailand.
Maria and Fabiola appeared to remain close friends since then, often posting photos with each other on their social media, but little did everyone know they had been together and actually got married.
“After deciding to keep our relationship private, we opened the doors on a special day,” the two wrote in a joint Instagram post.
They shared the exciting news through an Instagram reel showing many clips of their romantic memories together, including the proposal itself.
