Congratulations are in order for Malta’s chef with a generous heart, Rafel Sammut who proposed to his long-time partner, Naomi Mifsud over the weekend.
Rafel, the creative mind behind local restaurant Briju, announced the news on social media yesterday. “The Bocelli concert must have done the trick. It’s a YESSS,” he shared, captioning a photo of the two of them lounging by the pool.
In another post on social media earlier yesterday morning, Rafel shared some photos from the Bocelli concert, including one alongside the man himself. That must have been quite the experience!
