It was a special weekend for the Bezzina-Debono household. Local singer Pamela Bezzina and her husband Alex Debono celebrated one year of marriage yesterday, 15th December. Pamela took to Facebook, having the sweetest words to say on this special day.
“1 year on - they say time flies when you're having fun - but more than that, time is so very precious when spent with someone who fills your missing pieces, who fulfils your days, someone who knows you so well and loves you for who you are, with all your imperfections and moodiest moments!” she says in a new Facebook post.
“I don't know what I did to deserve you, actually I didn't do anything and you came along and changed me! 1 year from the biggest most certain YES of my life - and I want to cherish each moment growing older and old with you - 1 year ago I thought I reached the fulcrum of love - but how wrong I was!”
“I now love you even more, and I have no idea how it keeps growing - but then I look at you, I cry with you, I laugh my head off with you, I hug you, and there I understand a little. Happy 1st Anniversary my love - Yes we are still babies, but our beginning is just Beautiful.”
Last month she featured the full song she wrote for her husband which she sang on their wedding day in front of their friends and family: “B’qalbi kollha…ghal hajti kollha” (With all my heart, for all my life).
