Last weekend, Lady Gabriella Windsor married her long-time love, Thomas Kingston, at St George’s Chapel in Windsor. It’s the third royal wedding in the 15th century venue in less than a year after Harry and Meghan’s wedding last May.
Lady Gabriella wore a custom Luisa Beccaria lace gown for her big day. The dress was layered with ribbons of flowers and buds and finished off beautifully with a six-metre long veil. The bride arrived in a claret coloured vintage car, accompanied by her father, Prince Michael of Kent.
Prince Harry stepped out just 12 days after the birth of his and Meghan’s first-born son, Archie, and on the eve of their anniversary. The Duke of Sussex arrived with actress Sophie Winkelman, who is married to the bride’s brother, Lord Frederick.
The Queen was joined by Prince Philip, daughter Princess Anne, Prince Edward and ex-wife Sarah, Duchess of York and their daughter Princess Beatrice who was accompanied by her boyfriend, Edoardo Marpelli Mozzi.
Pippa Middleton, who stunned in a gorgeous baby blue Kate Spade dress, and her husband James Matthews were in attendance, being a long-time friend of the groom. Allegedly, Thomas Kingston and Pippa dated years ago, but the groom is still on good terms with the Middletons, as Carole and Michael Middleton, as well as James Middleton and his newly official girlfriend Alizee Thevenet, were all present for the nuptials.
However, not all of the royal family were present. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were absent from the ceremony while Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex stayed home to look after new born son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. Princess Eugenie, who got married at St George’s Chapel last October, is reportedly on holiday with husband Jack Brooksbank.
