Jools and Jamie Oliver have been married for 20 years today, and the celebrity chef’s wife chose to mark the occasion with a heartfelt Instagram tribute to her husband.
“20 exciting, happy, fun wonderful years married to my best friend,” she writes, revealing that the pair had intended to renew their vows over the summer, but had to postpone due to the pandemic.
“Yes I drive you Bonkers and you probably deserve a medal,” she continues in a jovial tone, before adding how much he means to her and her children. “I treasure the daily texts you send, you are romantic and constantly positive funny and a dedicated brilliant dad.”
Referencing their heartache over her miscarriages over the years, Jools says “we have created 5 wonderful children and lost our 5 little stars in the sky. Thank you for loving me the way you do.”
The tribute is accompanied with a home video showcasing the newlyweds on their big day, which she calls “truly the happiest day with the most wonderful memories.”
