Jamie Dornan and his wife, Amelia Warner, are expecting their third child, but they might not be stopping there. The star of the upcoming films A Private War and Robin Hood opened up on Jimmy Kimmel Live! about baby number three, and his dedication to leave their family size up to his wife.

“Part of me feels like [I need] to put a cork in it after this,” jokes the 36-year-old Fifty Shades of Grey actor, who is also dad to daughters Elva, 2, and Dulcie, 5 next month. He added, “But then, alternatively, I feel like we make really great kids.”

He says he’d like to have more kids with his wife, if she’s willing. “It’s all up to her, come on. I do the fun bit and then you know…” Kimmel, who is a father of two, comments that “three kids seems very […] exponential in a way. One kid is like very reasonable, and then two will entertain each other, and then with three kids, you might as well have ten!” Dornan agrees and says, “That’s what I feel like!”

With his busy filming schedule, he’s always made the time to be with his wife for the births, and this one will be no exception. “I couldn’t live with myself if I missed a birth, but this time I’m trying to take proper time off for a few months after as well.”
