Meghan Markle and Prince Harry took to New York to grace us with a very rare red-carpet appearance – and they were gleaming!
During their quick break from their California home, the power couple attended the Salute to Freedom Gala, an event which recognises extraordinary leadership and honours those who serve in defence of the United States.
Meghan and Harry are set to return home to their two kids, five-month-old Lilibeth and two-year-old Archie, in a couple of days, however until then, they’re enjoying a couple of days out in the Big Apple.
When asked about her husband by a reporter, Meghan sweetly replied with “I’m always proud of him.”
Let’s talk about that gown!

Harry and Meghan were definitely two of the best-dressed people at the Gala – the Duchess of Sussex stunned onlookers with her luxurious red Carolina Herrera gown.
Her hair was aptly placed in a simple bun, shifting focus to her beautiful plunging dress.
Harry walked close beside her donning a perfectly-fitted suit.
The two were also seen wearing matching floral poppy pins, paying tribute to Remembrance Day.
Later that evening, the Duke had the honour of bestowing the Intrepid Valor Award upon service members and veterans living with the invisible wounds of war.
