The Man United footballer and activist has taken to Instagram to share the wonderful news that he’s engaged to his girlfriend, Lucia Loi.
Marcus popped the question whilst the two were on holiday in Los Angeles, as they were surrounded by a huge assortment of beautiful white flowers.
The engagement was followed by a celebration with close friends including fellow Manchester United teammate, Jesse Lingard.
The two met when they were 15 whilst still in school and have been on again off again ever since. Marcus and Lucia had split when the pandemic hit but they found their way back to each other once again last January.
