In the toughest of times, everybody seeks and needs support, and for Vanessa Gatt and her daughter Emily, they can count on the support of a whole nation.
As the young girl continues to receive treatment in the UK, several local artists came together at Giardini Lambrosa yesterday with one aim: to think of and pray for little Emily.
Nicholas Borg Bonaci organised the concert and roped in “9 amazing local artists with one aim. We pray for Emily.”
Among them were Gillian Attard, Chantal, Mark Spiteri, Mark Anthony and Lisa Tabone. “The aim is to gather our prayers for little Emily, for her to recover as quickly as possible. Please pray for Emily, and think of her as you listen to these songs.”
Emily’s mother, Vanessa, tuned in to the concert from the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at St George’s Hospital in London, along with the nurses who are tending to the little warrior.
