Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson make up one of Hollywood’s most enduring – and endearing – couples.
Last Monday, they both took to Instagram to share a snap of themselves alongside a cardboard cut-out equivalent of the couple on their wedding day in celebration of their 30th wedding anniversary.
“30 years on April 30. ‘88 To ‘18. Magic numbers. Hanx and Rita Wilson,” the actor wrote.
The couple tied the knot on 30th April 1988, and met shortly after the Oscar-winning actor divorced from his first wife in 1987. They have two sons together, Chester and Truman, while Hanks has two children from his previous marriage.
According to People, the couple threw a big bash for the occasion, and among the many celebs were Oprah, Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn. Happy anniversary!
