The Queen celebrated her 94th birthday in April, but traditionally, public celebrations of the monarch’s birthday take place in June. Due to the virus, the Trooping the Colour was cancelled, but it was announced this week that on 13th June, a small-scale military salute will take place at Windsor Castle.

Since August 2017, Prince Philip no longer takes part in public duties having retired after 64 years of royal service. He is occasionally featured in the news, even attending family functions such as royal weddings. Last year, he was also feature in an intimate photo after his great-grandson Archie was born.
