In her recent cover story and interview with Allure magazine, Jennifer Aniston has shared her incredibly difficult journey with IVF.
“It was a challenging road for me, the baby-making road”, the 53-year-old actress revealed.
“I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it. I was throwing everything at it. I would've given anything if someone had said to me, ‘Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favour.' You just don't think it. So here I am today. The ship has sailed”, she sorrowfully continued.
However, Jennifer went on to share that now that her IVF journey has stopped, she frankly feels quite relieved.
“I actually feel a little relief now because there is no more, 'Can I? Maybe. Maybe. Maybe”
“I don't have to think about that anymore”.
Jennifer also spoke about her previous marriage to Brad Pitt and revealed how hard it was when people started speculating that Brad left her because she wouldn’t have any children.
“God forbid a woman is successful and doesn't have a child”, she added.
“And the reason my husband left me, why we broke up and ended our marriage, was because I wouldn't give him a kid. It was absolute lies”
Fellow actress Kayley Cuoco, who happens to be pregnant with her first baby came out to publicly support Jennifer for speaking out about her struggles.
“You never ever know what people are going through behind the scenes .. stop assuming and judging every little thing! Jennifer Aniston, thank you for sharing this story”, Kayley wrote on her Instagram Story.
