Carrie Symmonds, Boris Johnson’s pregnant fiancée, has also tested positive for Coronavirus. She revealed the news yesterday evening in two separate twitter posts detailing her experience.

Carrie revealed she was now on her seventh day of bed rest but that she was now in a better condition: “I feel stronger and I’m on the mend,” she wrote.

Talking about her experience with COVID-19 while pregnant, the future British First Lady admitted the ordeal was “obviously worrying” and shared a link to an article about pregnancy during the pandemic to reassure expectant mothers.

Boris Johnson’s condition is also said to be improving, although he is still sporting a fever.
