7 Celebrity Couples Likely to get Hitched in 2017
An official announcement couldn’t come any sooner.
Bradley Cooper & Irina Shayk
As they settle into their new role as parents to an undoubtedly beautiful baby, born last month, an engagement announcement might be next on the cards for actor Bradley Cooper and model Irina Shayk. If Shayk can walk the Victoria’s Secret runway while pregnant and look THAT hot, can you imagine her on her wedding day?
Amy Schumer & Ben Hanisch
Comedienne Amy and her boyfriend of over a year have often taken to Instagram to show their funny sides, but in a somewhat rare move, Hanisch shared a post on the same site recently that revealed his softer side. “A year ago, I met the love of my life. We both weren't looking for a relationship at the time, but something felt right from the very first night we met.” He ended his post with “I knew I wanted to spend my life with her.” That’s got to mean something is coming.
Ryan Gosling & Eva Mendes
They’re possibly one of the most private and guarded celebrity couples who spill little to no information about each other in public. However, they’ve been together for over five years and have two adorable girls together, so unless they’ve already tied the knot and we just don’t know about it, there’s a good chance this year will be the year for Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes.
Jim Parsons & Todd Spiewak
Star of The Big Bang Theory, Jim Parsons, took to Instagram last year to share a throwback photo with his partner of 15 years, Todd Spiewak, accompanied by the sweetest message: “I met this guy (the one with the mic) 14 years ago today and it was the best thing that ever happened to me, no contest. One of his greatest gifts to me is that he no longer takes me to sing karaoke. Also, I believe this was a selfie with an actual camera, as our phones couldn't do that back then hahaha! #todd #anniversary.” We’re counting on 2017 to be the year that this adorable couple make it official.
Blake Shelton & Gwen Stefani
Rumours of an imminent engagement between this music powerhouse duo have been flying for some time now, and if some strategically-placed bling on Gwen Stefani’s ring finger is anything to go by, it seems like it’s only a matter of time before Blake Shelton pops the question.
Prince Harry & Meghan Markle
It’s not every day that Kensington Palace steps in to defend a royal’s love interest to ask for privacy, but that’s just what it did last year, making Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s relationship official on many levels. With regular visits to each other’s respective bases and alleged acceptance from the British Royal Family, it beckons that another royal wedding is just around the corner.
Kit Harrington & Rose Leslie
On screen, Kit Harrington and Rose Leslie – better known as Jon Snow and Ygritte – had the best possible chemistry, which proved too real to avoid off screen too. The Game of Thrones duo have been an item for some time now, and with 2017 marking the end of one chapter for Harrington with the last GoT season, could it mean he’s ready to start a fresh one with his true love?
