FOREST FRUITS FIZZ

Muddle a small handful of berries in a jar, using a spoon or a fork. Add simple syrup and ice and shake the mixture well to infuse the berries and syrup. Add a few berries to a glass for serving, pour the berry syrup over the berries to fill the glass about a 1/3 full, then top off with prosecco.
